Terms of use

These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the mesurart.fr website, published by Sarunas Tarvydas, sole trader, under the trade name MesurArt (see the Legal notice). The website presents MesurArt's offer of custom staircases and balustrades, makes it possible to obtain an indicative online estimate and to submit a project request.

Use of the website implies acceptance of these Terms. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of use.

The website is accessible free of charge, excluding connection costs borne by the user. MesurArt endeavours to ensure continuous access but cannot guarantee it: access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of technical difficulties.

The estimate obtained with the configurator is indicative and non-binding. It is based solely on the information declared by the user and on standard assumptions.

It constitutes neither an offer of sale nor a quote. The final price is set out in a written quote, after on-site measurement and technical validation of the project; only this quote, once accepted, binds the parties.

MesurArt may decline to follow up on a request, in particular if the project is located outside its service area or is not technically feasible.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information. Sending a request binds neither the user nor MesurArt. MesurArt contacts the user by email or by telephone to study the project.

The photos and visuals shown on the website illustrate the types of staircases, materials and finishes offered. As each project is made to measure, the final result may differ from the visuals shown, in particular due to dimensions, technical constraints and natural variations in materials (wood grain and colour, for example). The visuals have no contractual value.

The content of the website (texts, visuals, logo, MesurArt brand, layout) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The information on the website is provided for information purposes only. MesurArt cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website, a service interruption, or a malfunction of the user's equipment or connection.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, in particular MesurArt's Facebook page. MesurArt is not responsible for the content or operation of these third-party websites, which have their own terms.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

MesurArt may amend these Terms at any time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts will be those designated by the applicable rules of law.
